- What's a wiki?
A wiki is a collaborative space where anybody can add and edit documents. Envoy users are using wikis to:
- Manage customer details (e.g., URLs or phone numbers)
- Track sales leads
- Host guides to performing common tasks (e.g., server setup or invoicing)
- Get feedback about ideas
- Can I control who has access to see and edit an article in the wiki?
To control who can read and edit wiki articles, select the appropriate level from the dropdowns. Everybody who has at least that level of access will be able to read or edit the article.
- Can clients see the wiki?
At the moment, clients are not given access to wiki articles.
